# What your newsletter costs on each platform

A weekly newsletter to 10,000 subscribers is about 43,334 emails a month. On SendHQ that is $19 a month. Here is the same list on the platforms people most often switch from, checked in October 2026 on each vendor's pricing page or, where marked †, a dated third-party price table.

† Read from a dated third-party pricing table named in the sources, because the vendor's own page did not show list prices for every size. Confirm on the vendor's page before you buy.

SendHQ Starter Marketing is $19 a month for 50,000 emails and Scale Marketing is $39 for 200,000. Competitor prices are list prices for the plan named and change over time.

## How we compared

We read each platform's public pricing and help pages and recorded the cheapest plan that covers the list size, billed monthly where a monthly price is shown. Where a vendor's page would not show a list price for a size, we used a dated third-party price table, marked † and linked from that platform's page. Per-email platforms are priced for a weekly issue (4.33 sends a month). Each comparison page lists its sources and what that platform does better than SendHQ.
