Turn on a hosted form for any list and share the link. Subscribers confirm by email, bots hit a honeypot and a rate limit, and every signup keeps its IP, time and source.

Most newsletter platforms charge for every subscriber you keep. SendHQ charges for the email you send, so a large list that you mail once a week costs far less.
A weekly issue goes out about 4.33 times a month. SendHQ plans are monthly email allowances; plans do not add up, so above 200,000 emails a month, contact us.
What you get
Turn on a hosted form for any list and share the link. Subscribers confirm by email, bots hit a honeypot and a rate limit, and every signup keeps its IP, time and source.
Bring a CSV from Mailchimp, beehiiv, Substack or Kit. You record how people opted in, and addresses that unsubscribed, bounced or complained are never resubscribed.
Keep several lists and custom fields per contact. Write “Hi {{first_name | there}}” and every reader gets their own copy, with preview text for the inbox line.
Each issue is sent as an individual message, so one bad address never holds up the rest. You can see the outcome for every recipient.
Every issue carries a signed unsubscribe link and one-click unsubscribe headers that Gmail and Yahoo require. Unsubscribes, bounces and complaints are suppressed automatically.
Send from news@yourdomain.com with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, set up in one click on Cloudflare and Domain Connect providers.
Point replies at a SendHQ inbox on your domain and read them in the dashboard, the API or your AI agent, threaded by conversation.
Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can import contacts, draft an issue and send it through the SendHQ MCP server, the same way you do in the dashboard.
Paid-only sending, first-send screening, strict pause thresholds and linked-account detection keep spammers off the platform you share.
Agent-first
Connect the hosted MCP server at https://mcp.sendhq.cc/mcp in Claude or ChatGPT, or run sendhq mcp for Claude Code and Cursor. The agent works with the same lists, contacts and broadcasts you see in the dashboard.

Deliverability
Your newsletter shares sending reputation with everyone else on the platform. We protect it with rules we publish rather than promises, and we do not quote a delivery rate we cannot show you.
The daily sending ramp, log scale. A step is gained after a day that used at least half the limit with healthy feedback, and lost when 7-day bounces reach 3% or complaints reach 0.1%.

Questions
By emails sent, not by subscribers. Starter Marketing is $19 a month for 50,000 emails, and Scale Marketing is $39 a month for 200,000 emails. A weekly issue to 10,000 subscribers is about 43,334 emails a month, so it fits Starter. Annual billing is 10% off.
No. Sending needs a paid plan. Keeping the platform paid-only is one of the ways we keep spammers off the shared sending reputation your newsletter depends on.
New workspaces start with a daily limit of 100 emails and climb one step after each day that used at least half the limit with healthy feedback, up to 50,000 a day after 12 steps. A broadcast larger than today's limit is not rejected: it keeps sending as the limit allows. Mailbox providers trust a new domain that ramps up this way.
Yes. Export a CSV from your current platform and import it in the dashboard or with the import_contacts API and MCP tool. You state how these people agreed to hear from you (for example, 'Signed up on example.com, exported from beehiiv'), and that consent basis is kept with every contact. Unsubscribed, bounced and complained addresses are never resubscribed by an import.
Yes. You verify your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, with one-click DNS for Cloudflare and Domain Connect providers. Issues go out from your address, not a shared one.
Yes. Turn on the hosted signup form for a list and share its link. It uses double opt-in: the subscriber confirms by email before they are added, and a link scanner opening the confirmation link cannot confirm for them.
Not yet. Broadcasts send when you press send, and SendHQ reports delivery, bounces, complaints and unsubscribes rather than opens and clicks. If scheduling or engagement analytics are essential today, beehiiv, Kit and Mailchimp offer them.
Yes. The SendHQ MCP server has tools to import contacts, manage lists, draft a broadcast and send it, so Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor can do the work. Sending a broadcast is a separate tool that agents are told to call only when you ask.
